Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

2. Estimated Delivery Times
Once shipped, orders are typically delivered within 5–8 business days, depending on the destination country and local courier services.
Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed, as delays may occasionally occur due to:

- Carrier delays;
- Weather conditions;
- High shipping volumes;
- Local transportation disruptions; or
- Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

- Shipping Time: 5–8 business days
- Estimated Total Delivery Time: 6–10 business days
3. Shipping Destinations

However, certain destinations may be unavailable due to shipping restrictions, customs regulations, carrier limitations, or local laws.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel shipments to locations where delivery is not possible or commercially reasonable.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

- Failure to receive the package after delivery attempts.
If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address information provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
8. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or events outside our reasonable control.

- Photos of the package and damaged item(s); and
- A description of the issue.
We will review the claim and determine an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
10. Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible and the order must follow our Return & Refund Policy.
